** NW Cypress Pediatrics & Family Medicine is a well-established, physician-owned practice serving the Cypress/NW Houston community for more than 14 years. We’re growing and looking for a motivated, relationship-driven physician to join our team in a fully outpatient setting.
** A Stable, Established Practice
*** 5 years in the community
* Two clinic sites and a loyal, growing patient base
* Epic EMR and strong operational support (7 support staff)
** A True Outpatient Lifestyle
**** Flexible Schedule & Solid Volumes
*** Flexible clinic hours
* Typical daily volumes: 20–30 patients depending on preference and pace
* Physicians include FM and Pediatrics — Med-Peds also welcome

**** We’re looking for someone who:
*** Practices solid, evidence-based medicine
* Enjoys building meaningful patient relationships
* Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out
* Can grow and develop a patient panel
* Values teamwork and community engagement
* Someone who is self-driven for profit sharing
* Spanish-speaking is a plus
** Candidate Requirements
*** Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Med-Peds
* New graduates and experienced physicians equally welcome

* Located in the booming NW Houston/Cypress corridor with easy access to top schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and endless dining and recreation.
* No nursery
* No inpatient responsibilities
* Call is limited to after-hours phone coverage (approx. 1 week/month)
