Procedure-Focused Care. Coordinated Teams. Real Patient Impact.

We are seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Texas. This role is ideal for a physician who values decisive, interventional care, works well within a coordinated system, and wants to focus on treating pain effectively—without unnecessary barriers.

You’ll work closely with providers, radiology, and rehabilitation teams, delivering timely, evidence-based care for patients with acute and injury-related pain conditions, relating to personal injury cases. Our model is designed to support efficient workflows, strong procedural volume, and high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with acute and injury-related pain conditions
  • Develop clear, individualized treatment plans using interventional procedures, and adjunct therapies
  • Perform image-guided procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, nerve blocks, joint injections, and related interventions
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, radiology, physical therapy, and care coordination teams to ensure timely, coordinated care
  • Communicate treatment plans, expectations, and outcomes clearly to patients
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation appropriate for interventional and injury-based care models
  • Stay current with best practices and evolving techniques in interventional pain management

What We’re Looking For

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
  • (Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology background preferred)
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong procedural skillset in interventional pain management
  • Comfort managing acute pain cases in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team member
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, outcome-driven care

Why Join Us

  • Procedure-forward environment with consistent case volume
  • Culture-first organization that respects physician judgment and expertise
  • Integrated multispecialty model with in-house orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services
  • Competitive compensation with productivity-based incentives
  • Operational and administrative support that allows you to focus on patient care

If you’re looking for a role where your procedural skills are valued, your time is respected, and your work makes a tangible difference, we’d welcome the conversation.
