We are seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing team in Houston, TX.
Position OverviewThe Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care across the full scope of OMS procedures while collaborating closely with Dr. Kim and an experienced clinical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon seeking a long-term position in a thriving, well-established practice with strong referral relationships.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck
- Perform full-scope OMS procedures, including but not limited to:
- Dental extractions, including impacted third molars
- Dental implants, All-on-X, and implant-supported prosthetics
- Bone grafting and sinus augmentation
- Pathology and biopsy procedures
- Management of oral infections and facial trauma (as applicable)
- Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with referring dentists, orthodontists, and medical professionals
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, risks, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- DEA license and anesthesia permit (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with experience in implants and advanced surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality care, teamwork, and practice growth
