Responsibilities include conducting interview-based assessments and physical exams such as range of motion and muscle strength testing. No prescribing or treatment is involved. The role offers the flexibility to work on a PRN basis, with options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts, catering to your schedule.

Key Skills and

Qualifications:

• Medical license in good standing in any state, ideally Texas or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or equivalent in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related general medicine specialties
• Prior experience with compensation and pension (C&P) exams or willingness to learn
• Strong interview skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently

• Experience working with Veterans or in federal healthcare settings
• Familiarity with physical assessment techniques
• Prior participation in medical qualification exams

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• Prior experience conducting C&P exams or similar assessments

• Ability to work independently at own office within 50 miles of your location (for those opting for office-based work)
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and onboarding process
• Travel reimbursement included where applicable
