About the Role:

As a Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting individuals experiencing mental health disorders. Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Psychiatry.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice Psychiatry in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical psychiatry, including diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship or additional training in subspecialties such as child and adolescent psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, or addiction psychiatry.
• Experience with clinical supervision and mentoring of mental health professionals.
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health care models.
• Training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.
• Experience working in diverse healthcare settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and community-based environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to mental health professionals and trainees.
• Engage in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to support patients during acute episodes.
• Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
