Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative and growing clinical team in Houston, TX
.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
  • Perform interventional procedures including epidural injections, facet blocks, nerve blocks, radio frequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating interventional, pharmacologic, and rehabilitative therapies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EHR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best clinical practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure & Certification:
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology.
    • Fellowship training in Pain Management (ACGME-accredited) required or in progress.
    • Active or eligible Texas medical license.
  • Experience: Prior outpatient or interventional pain experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
