The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative and growing clinical team in Houston, TX

Essential Position Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Perform interventional procedures including epidural injections, facet blocks, nerve blocks, radio frequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating interventional, pharmacologic, and rehabilitative therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best clinical practices.
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure & Certification:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology.
- Fellowship training in Pain Management (ACGME-accredited) required or in progress.
- Active or eligible Texas medical license.
- Experience: Prior outpatient or interventional pain experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
