Partnership opportunity for a board certified/board eligible, fellowship trained retina specialist interested in joining a large, multi-specialty ophthalmology group. The position contains a busy, referral-based retina practice with high clinical and surgical volume in the greater Houston area. The practice has an established patient base and a strong referral network. Leadership positions, real‑estate investments, surgery center ownership, optical ownership and support for clinical research are also available within the group upon partnership.
A competitive salary with bonus structure is also available. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to walk into a highly successful situation with all of the support and infrastructure of one of the largest and most respected physician owned ophthalmology groups in the country.
Compensation for the Associate position ranges from $280,000 to $400,000 annually, with bonus opportunities included, and is based on experience and qualifications. In addition, Partners in our practice have an income potential exceeding $1,000,000.
Qualifications- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency program
