Job Summary
Otolaryngologists are physicians that specialize in the treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related bodily structures. People also refer to otolaryngologists as ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctors. They provide both medical and surgical care. The ideal candidate is a hard‑working, team player with a favorable work and/or training history. The physician should be able to independently administer and interpret routine and special diagnostic tests in an expedient and professional manner.
Kelsey‑Seybold ENT doctors treat children, adolescents and adults at Kelsey‑Seybold’s Main Campus location and at neighborhood clinics throughout the Houston area.
This role is intended to be scheduled at the discretion and need of the organization and department.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCandidate should also be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum care for each patient.
Other assignments, projects and duties may be required.
Experience- Qualifications and experience will be assessed on an individual basis.
- Skills of an otolaryngologist include treating diseases of the ears, upper pharynx and oral cavity, larynx, nose, and face and neck.
- Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
- Licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
