As a Locum MD, you will provide essential medical care and support to patients while collaborating with various healthcare facilities. Your expertise will help ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained during staffing transitions. This role is vital in addressing the healthcare needs of our community and contributes to improving patient outcomes across our network.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a range of women s health issues
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in patient education and counseling
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to medical emergencies as required
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active medical license to practice in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule:
6:30a-6:30p, 6:30p-6:30a, or 24-hour shifts available
Level IV Maternal, Level IV NICU
Will work in the OBED and take unassigned patients
Must be board-certified
