Overview
Staff physiatrist at Texas Children's Hospital and satellite locations with patient care responsibilities including outpatient and inpatient consults, inpatient rehabilitation bed service, general and spasticity management. Teaching faculty for selective/elective medical students, residents, and pediatric rehabilitation fellows program. Assist with inpatient/outpatient programs including coverage on the CARF-accredited pediatric rehabilitation unit in Texas Children s Hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient and inpatient consults and participate in inpatient rehabilitation bed service.
- Manage general pediatric rehabilitation needs and spasticity management.
- Serve as teaching faculty for medical students, residents, and pediatric rehabilitation fellows.
- Assist with inpatient/outpatient programs and coverage on the CARF-accredited pediatric rehabilitation unit.
- MD/DO with board-certification or board-eligibility in Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with fellowship training.
