Overview
We are seeking a skilled and committed OB Hospitalist to deliver comprehensive obstetric care on a locum basis.

Required Skills
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid medical license to practice in Texas or eligible for licensure
Proven experience managing obstetric patients, including labor and delivery
Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in an OB hospitalist role within a hospital setting
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse Patient populations
Advanced certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred
Education and Experience
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a hospitalist or inpatient setting
Prior locum or temporary position experience is advantageous
Other Requirements
Current medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency coverage
Travel and accommodation reimbursements provided when applicable

Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00
