Radiology Partners Houston is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join their physician-led, subspecialty-focused practice in a partnership-track position. This role offers a strong procedural focus with diverse case exposure across both tertiary and community hospital settings. Providers will enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with limited call requirements and high earning potential. We are looking for a dedicated clinician to contribute to our collaborative, well-supported environment.
Practice Info
- Physician-led, subspecialty-focused practice serving tertiary and community hospital settings
- Well-established IR program with broad case exposure
- Diverse case mix across complex and community-based cases
- Supported by a robust quality assurance and professional development program
Responsibilities
- Perform up to 100% procedural volume or diagnostic reads between cases
- Work across both complex and community-based cases
Compensation
- Base Salary: $500,000-$600,000
- Earning potential up to $1,000,000+
- Up to a $150,000 Commencement Bonus
- Additional wRVU incentive bonus opportunities

Shift & Schedule
- Schedule/Shift: Rotating/Float
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- Limited call (1 week every 4 weeks)
- 1-year partnership track
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (A or AO )
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
- Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
- Texas license preferred or ability to obtain
