Synergy Radiology Associates invites dedicated MSK Radiologists to join their collegial, physician-led team in Houston, Texas. This full-time opportunity features a Monday-Friday day schedule with hybrid flexibility and no call requirements. Providers will utilize state-of-the-art, AI-enabled dictation platforms while enjoying a supportive environment with a clear path to partnership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care across a diverse range of cases and modalities
• Communicate critical findings efficiently

Compensation

• Competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options
• Average total compensation $750,000+ with potential to exceed $1M
• $100,000 Commencement Bonus

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (A  or AO )
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training required
• Active state medical license and ability to obtain additional licenses
