Synergy Radiology Associates, a physician-led practice, is seeking a motivated Radiologist to join their team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday day schedule with no call responsibilities and the flexibility of onsite or hybrid work. The role provides a fast-track to partnership and a customizable case mix, supported by advanced technology and a collaborative environment.

• Hybrid Q6 weekend coverage with APP procedural support

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality interpretations
• Communicate critical findings

Compensation

• $100,000 Commencement Bonus
• Competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options
• Average total compensation $750,000+ with potential to exceed $1M

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (A  or AO )
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• All subspecialties welcome
• Active state medical license and ability to obtain additional licenses
