Orthopedic Surgeon - No Call

Job Overview

Independent group seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to work in Houston, TX across four convenient locations around the Houston Metro area:
Sugar Land, West Houston, Med Center, and Baytown. The group was founded in 2011 with a focus on diagnostic services and has 12 providers across various specialties. The practice works with a high volume of personal injury patients (not workman's comp).

• Perform new patient consults and a variety of surgical procedures, including arthroscopies, meniscectomies, ACL reconstructions, ORIF, rhizotomies, cervical disc fusions, and anterior lumbar interbody fusions.
• Work in the group’s own surgical centers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with appropriate surgical and non‑surgical interventions.
• Manage personal injury cases with a strong emphasis on procedural and surgical care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and timely progression through treatment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, care teams, and case stakeholders throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for personal injury case management.
• Stay current on best practices in acute and extremity‑focused orthopedic care.

• MD/DO, Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Orthopedics.
• Licensed or in process of licensing in Texas.
• Strong clinical and procedural expertise in extremity‑related injuries.
• Comfortable managing acute injury cases and procedural treatment plans.
• Efficient communicator and collaborative team member.

Position is open due to a growing practice and patient base. The group currently has two part‑time orthopedic surgeons and is looking to add a full or part‑time surgeon. The work schedule is M‑F 8:00‑18:00 with no on‑call.
