Minnow Wellness is a concierge, cash-pay functional medicine clinic dedicated entirely to women. Our mission is to give women personalized health data so they can take agency over their health and reclaim their power on the way to optimal wellness.

We’re looking for our anchor provider: the clinician at the heart of our patient care who helps shape how Minnow practices medicine as we grow. This is not a seat to fill. It’s a chance to build something with us.

You’ll see 6 to 8 patients a day with real time to listen. You’ll use comprehensive labs to find the root cause of each patient’s symptoms and build personalized plans ranging from nutrition and lifestyle changes to hormone replacement therapy and peptides.

No evenings. No weekends. No call. No hospital. No insurance.

Full administrative support, so you can focus on medicine and actually spend time with your patients.

• Medical Director for clinical leadership, quality, compliance, protocols and training
• OB/GYN Supervising Physician on staff for well woman exams and pellet procedures
• Registered Nurse managing our on-site blood lab, DEXA and SECA body composition scanning, and HRT administration
• Concierge Receptionist handling scheduling, membership, office management and the patient experience

• Active Texas license [NP, PA-C, MD or DO]
• Experience or training in functional medicine and/or hormone therapy (IFM, A4M or similar a plus)
• Clinical experience, women’s health preferred
• A genuine passion for helping women thrive through perimenopause, menopause and beyond

$135,000 – $200,000, depending on experience, plus (bonus, CME allowance, PTO, full health benefits, 401(k) matching)
