Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:
- Preventative care and annual wellness visits
- Chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, etc.)
- Acute illness evaluation and treatment
- Coordination of care with specialists across CLS Health
- Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
- Build and grow your own patient panel with CLS operational and marketing support
- Collaborate with specialists and providers across the CLS Health network
- Serve as a trusted healthcare resource within the Houston community
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in growing and maintaining a patient panel
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Enjoys autonomy, leadership, and practice ownership
- Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
