Description
The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston invites applications for temporary adjunct faculty positions in the Higher Education program. The Higher Education program offers an M.Ed. in Higher Education (in-person and online) and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies.

Qualifications
A doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, Policy Studies, or a related field.
A history of successful administrative or faculty experience in the discipline.
Competency in assigned course content area(s).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of adult learning theory (engaging adult students).
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners.
