Alpha is transforming the school experience. Our students don't passively listen to lectures—they advance through adaptive applications, achieve mastery at twice the typical pace, and develop practical life skills in the process. Your objective is to ensure those “3 Promises” become reality for every student in your cohort and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same results.
You’ll combine expert coaching skills with dynamic presentation energy, transforming workshops, data‑informed motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful learning experiences. If you've broken performance records, turned struggling learners into high achievers, or simply refuse to settle for mediocrity, we want you building excellence alongside us.
Why Join Alpha?Competitive compensation for high‑cost markets – enhanced salary compared to standard guide positions to reflect metro area living expenses.
Comprehensive benefits & leave – full health coverage and substantial PTO.
Relocation support – provided for exceptional candidates.
Development‑focused environment – you'll receive coaching, professional training, and defined routes to greater influence.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha’s workshops with exceptional quality
- Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to strengthen student participation and outcomes
- Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students’ learning via adaptive apps; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high‑energy, participatory learning experiences
Develop Guides and students so every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× speed, and achieves mastery of life skills. Zero compromise.
