Description
Coordinates and provides senior-level administrative support to an ongoing program at the University.
- Manage intake process of each program applicant
- Maintaining and updating confidential student/program files
- Ensuring co-op website has the most accurate dates and deadlines
- Conducting quarterly enrollment checks
- Updating processes and implementation as needed
- Training student workers on the co-op process
- Managing front office operations
- Processing co-op fee reimbursements
- Overseeing email communication for co-op
- Working closely with Co-op Program Manager to ensure policies and processes are accurate
- Assisting with career Center duties as assigned including on campus interviews, enabling student accounts, working the bi-annual career fair and more
Experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Education:
Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or a basic knowledge of a professional field is required. An Associate's degree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty program of over 18 months and up to 3 years duration are characteristic of this field.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
