Have you grown frustrated watching Houston's students disadvantaged by a system that prevents you from upholding the standards they need?

Alpha is opening its flagship campus in this city, and we're seeking a leader who already knows Houston's educational landscape. You will manage 15+ Guides who mentor and inspire students while our EdTech platform delivers all instruction. No traditional "teaching." Operational execution. True leadership.

Your objective: guarantee every student enjoys school, progresses at twice the speed of conventional classrooms, and develops essential life competencies. This is not a conventional Principal position. You will maintain rigorous standards without compromise, make decisions rooted in data, and establish Houston's premier school from the ground up.

Lead through metrics. Coach toward mastery. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Open Houston's flagship Alpha campus:
Execute Alpha's three core promises for 100+ students from launch day with operational precision in every area.
  • Facilitate live skill-building sessions with K through 12 students:
Conduct compelling one-hour workshops on public speaking, growth mindset, and feedback exchange. Apply Alpha's curriculum framework to guarantee students develop competencies traditional schools overlook while maintaining engagement.
  • Drive every student toward 100 percent goal achievement:
Create personalized motivational strategies for each individual student. Apply data-informed methods to address obstacles and sustain engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student reaching their objectives.
  • Develop Guides through targeted coaching:
Leverage quantitative and qualitative metrics to pinpoint performance deficiencies. Provide direct, implementable guidance during coaching meetings and monitor progress. Maintain team accountability through logic and objectivity rather than empathy that undermines standards.
  • Execute data-informed campus leadership:
Evaluate performance across personnel, operations, family engagement, and school culture. Identify challenges, perform root cause investigations, engage stakeholders, and deploy measurable interventions. Document every decision and modify approach according to outcomes.
  • Uphold excellence as a non-negotiable standard:
Establish and preserve Alpha's quality benchmarks for both students and personnel. Execute difficult decisions when performance does not meet expectations. Model the standard as your campus's exemplar.

  • Demonstrated data analysis capabilities and track record using performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
