Your role: create and deliver focused, brief reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then help expand this program to campuses across the country.
This is not about lesson‑plan paperwork. It's about data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students effectively.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused, brief reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy milestones
- Examining student progress data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI‑enhanced content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level proficiency
- Conducting 90‑minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students engage with academic subjects via AI‑adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and responding to student behaviors observed within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Prepared to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
