- Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).
- Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
- Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.
- Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence.
- Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Our ideal candidate has:
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
- Primrose Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in child-care management preferred (20+ employees desired)
- Knowledge of state licensing preferred
- Help maintain and increase enrollment.
- Excellent Leadership Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
- Listens objectively to employee concerns and plans a recommended course of action.
- Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and the center’s policies.
- Develop and facilitate a marketing and communications plan.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
- Must be willing to work until 6:30PM.
- Strong knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards
- Pro Care experience (desired)
