Victoria College is seeking a part-time Regional Recruitment Specialist to engage with community organizations and high schools in Texas. This 25-hour per week role involves building relationships to promote educational opportunities and increase student enrollment. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, representing the college at events, and assisting with outreach initiatives. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree, preferably with experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
