Key Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Hold a valid license or certification as a school psychologist
  • Master’s or specialist-level degree in school psychology or a related field required
  • Demonstrated experience in educational assessment, counseling, and crisis response
  • Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Experience providing consultation and support to faculty and parents
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate interventions and supports for students
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students as appropriate
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of behavior management plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Consult with educators, support staff, and families to address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies and critical incidents
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records for all cases
