Description:
The Human Resource Development (HRD) Program in the Department of Human Development and Consumer Sciences at the University of Houston invites applications for a 9-month, non-tenure track, full-time Lecturer position to begin on September 1, 2025. We seek a collaborative, student-centered educator who can contribute to teaching excellence, curriculum development, student success, and program advancement in undergraduate HRD courses. The successful candidate will join a dynamic faculty committed to preparing students for impactful careers in talent development, organizational learning, and HRD leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:- Master’s degree in HRD, Organizational Learning and Development, or a closely related field
- Evidence of effective teaching at the college/university level
- Doctorate in HRD, Organizational Learning and Development, or a closely related field
- Professional experience in talent development, organizational learning & development, and organizational change
- Experience with online teaching and instructional technology
- Evidence of curriculum development or instructional design
