We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Montessori Director to lead our school operations and support continued growth and enrollment.

Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and organized Montessori Director with strong leadership and operational experience in early childhood education. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the school, support staff and families, maintain licensing compliance, strengthen parent communication, and help drive enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing efforts. The Director will play a key role in maintaining a positive school culture while ensuring high-quality care and educational standards.
