Most educators exhaust themselves battling bureaucracy. Drafting lesson plans that vanish into files. Enduring staff meetings that produce no real change. You realized years ago that wasn’t the true work. The true work is the student sitting in front of you.
At Alpha, academic instruction is delivered by software. Adaptive applications guide each learner through content at an individualized pace. No traditional lectures, no homework assignments, no papers to grade. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely transforms outcomes: facilitating life skills workshops where teens develop public speaking ability, concentration, and the capacity to exchange constructive feedback, then providing individualized coaching to sustain their motivation and ensure they meet learning milestones.
You’ll spend half your time facilitating group sessions. The other half involves one‑on‑one conversations with students, using Coachbot analytics to pinpoint precisely where obstacles arise and why.
- Facilitating hour‑long life skills workshops for high school students covering subjects such as public speaking, focus, and constructive feedback exchange, with mastery verified through structured Test2
Pass evaluations. - Conducting daily coaching sessions that leverage Coachbot data to engage individual students, diagnose learning app obstacles, and help them overcome hesitation.
- Co‑creating personalized motivational plans with students, incorporating reward structures and incentives that encourage independent progress in academic applications.
- Preparing by reviewing curriculum and session outlines beforehand, then adjusting your approach in real time based on group dynamics.
- Delivering instruction in traditional academic subjects. Math, literacy, and all other content areas are software‑driven.
- Overseeing school administration or supervising staff. No budget responsibilities, no recruitment duties, no operational planning; your attention remains entirely on your student cohort.
