KG Lead teacher

The D.A.V. School is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Montessori-certified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. For over 25 years, our school has been committed to fostering academic excellence, character development, and cultural values within a warm and supportive learning environment. Our unique educational model blends authentic Montessori principles in the early years with a strong academic foundation that prepares students for future success.

We are looking for an educator who understands the importance of nurturing independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning while maintaining high academic expectations and strong relationships with children and families.

• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, MACTE-accredited, or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Early Childhood or Elementary teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute positively to a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
