Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Elementary School Principal role located in the Greater Houston area. The Elementary School Principal provides instructional leadership, manages day‑to‑day school operations, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for students, staff, and families. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting teachers and staff, guiding curriculum implementation, and using data to drive instructional decisions and school improvement plans.
The Principal collaborates with district leadership on policy implementation, compliance, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role also involves engaging families and community partners, communicating regularly with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and high expectations for all learners.
- Demonstrated skills in Educational Administration and Educational Management to oversee school operations, staff supervision, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development to guide instructional practices and school improvement initiatives.
- Strong background in Elementary Education, including knowledge of child development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- State‑required principal or administrative certification, and a valid certificate, as applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required;
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration. - Proven experience in a school leadership or supervisory role, with a record of improving student outcomes and supporting teacher growth.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse students, staff, and families.
- Commitment to responsive practices in all aspects of school leadership.
