Position Summary
Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a Content Design & Delivery Manager to lead the instructional design, development, and revision of digital learning experiences for our future teachers. This role ensures courses, both new and updated, are instructionally sound, aligned to standards, engaging for adult learners, and consistent with Teachers of Tomorrow branding. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring courses from design through launch, with a focus on strong eLearning practices, effective use of digital tools and platforms, and a high-quality learner experience.
This role includes team guidance and cross-department collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on work and operational coordination.
- Leads course development and revision efforts across programs
- Establishes and follows course design, release, and quality control processes
- Evaluates and monitors new content approaches, tools, and platforms to improve course quality and learner experience
- Designs and revises courses for adult learners, ensuring clarity, engagement, and practical application
- Ensures strong alignment between course content, standards, and assessments
- Designs content with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices in mind to support an intuitive learner experience
- Uses LMS and CMS tools effectively to structure and deliver content in a way that maximizes learner engagement and usability
- Develops and manages course revision and release plans across new and updated content
- Ensures content/coursework aligns with style guides and Teachers of Tomorrow branding
- Reviews content to ensure quality, consistency, and instructional effectiveness
- Creates release and versioning notes to ensure visibility into changes
- Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience working in LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
- Experience setting up and supporting both new course launches and revised course content.
- Familiarity with adaptive learning or digital content management preferred.
- Prior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content or alignment issues
- Understanding of instructional design for adult learners and course development workflows
- Ability to ensure alignment between content, standards, and assessments
- Effective communicator and problem‑solver with a team‑oriented mindset
- Able to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder needs
