  • Creating lesson plans or curriculum materials from scratch.
  • Handling parent communications or administrative duties.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with Pre‑K–8 students in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre‑K–8 students toward objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate.
  • Regular use of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Availability to work on‑site at Alpha’s Central Houston, South Houston, or The Woodlands campus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

  • History of significant personal accomplishment such as academic distinctions, competitive sports, or leadership positions.
  • Storytelling capability: ability to maintain attention of a group of 12‑year‑olds for an hour without volume escalation.
  • Proven success motivating disengaged or reluctant students and converting them into engaged participants.
