About AlphaAlpha School redefines education with AI‑driven learning and a focus on life skill development for Pre‑K through 8th grade students.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one‑hour life skill workshops for Pre‑K–8 students covering public speaking, concentration, teamwork, and constructive feedback.
- Conducting daily individual and small‑group motivational sessions, analyzing student progress through Coachbot analytics, and ensuring 100% completion of weekly benchmarks.
- Overseeing and assessing Test2
Pass evaluations to confirm mastery of each life skill beyond participation. - Adapting coaching methods across diverse age groups, from high‑energy Pre‑K children to 8th‑grade students needing accountability.
- Cultivating authentic connections to support students through resistance, distraction, and uncertainty.
- Delivering lectures or traditional academic content.
- Creating lesson plans or curriculum materials from scratch.
- Handling parent communications or administrative duties.
- Evaluating homework or preparing students for standardized tests.
- Operating independently; you will work within a campus team that provides feedback and mutual accountability.
- Guarantee that every student in your cohort develops enthusiasm for school, achieves mastery of critical life skills, and completes 100% of academic objectives through adaptive learning technology.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of direct experience working with Pre‑K–8 students in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program management roles.
- Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre‑K–8 students toward objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate.
- Regular use of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Availability to work on‑site at Alpha’s Central Houston, South Houston, or The Woodlands campus.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Background in youth sports coaching, camp management, or after‑school programming with direct accountability for motivating children.
- History of significant personal accomplishment such as academic distinctions, competitive sports, or leadership positions.
- Storytelling capability: ability to maintain attention of a group of 12‑year‑olds for an hour without volume escalation.
- Proven success motivating disengaged or reluctant students and converting them into engaged participants.
