- Have approval from Intern Coordinator;
Kelly Mock () - Verifiable documentation for internship; (Letter of support from Clinical Director of University, Professional Resume)
- Completed Background Review; (Fingerprinting is not required at this point)
- Respect the confidentiality of students, teachers and campus during the time of internship.
- Comply with district and campus procedures/guidelines for internship.
- Professional dress is required for all observers. Admittance to campus may be denied if attire deemed inappropriate by an administrator.
- MUST notify mentor if running late or if absent for internship.
Valid for one semester. Must re-apply each semester.
