Principal Position – Fort Elliott CISD

Fort Elliott CISD is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as Principal of our small, high-performing 1A PK–12 campus. Our school community includes the historic towns of Mobeetie, Briscoe, and Allison, and we take pride in our communities.

The Principal is responsible for leading the overall instructional program and managing the day-to-day operations of the campus. The successful candidate will foster a culture of academic excellence, support staff development, and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and the community.

• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
• Experience using data to improve student achievement
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community
• Ability to support and promote a culture of continuous improvement
