The University of Houston-Downtown Department of English seeks qualified and committed instructors for the position of Part-of-Term Adjunct Faculty. Hired instructors will teach in-person or online sections of TCOM 3302:
Business and Technical Writing during the 8-week 1 and 8-week 2 sessions of a fall/spring semester. The position is not eligible for benefits.
- PhD or MA in Technical Communication (or directly related discipline)
- Experience teaching college-level professional/technical writing courses as instructor of record
- All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
