DescriptionThe Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston invites applications for temporary adjunct faculty positions as a Field Supervisor for the Principal Certification program. Field Supervisors provide supervision, including structured guidance, ongoing support, and formal observations for candidates enrolled in practicum courses.

Qualifications- A master’s degree in school leadership, or a related field.
- Current, valid TEA certification as a Principal in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an assistant/associate principal or principal in a Texas public, public charter, or accredited private school.
- TEA-approved Field Supervisor Observation Training for Advanced Candidates.
