Qualifications:
- Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university - Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training
- Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
Special Knowledge/
Skills:
- Knowledge of core academic subject assigned
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:

* Minimum Salary $67,200 for fully certified teachers
* Salary is commensurate with experience

* Please note that this role requires in-person attendance and is not eligible for remote work. Sheldon ISD will accept applications for this position through July 4, 2026.
