We are seeking a highly communicative and adaptable professional to manage and administer workforce competence and training activities. This role is a 50/50 split between analyzing training data and actively coaching/explaining that data to management teams.

  • Create, maintain, and update accurate compliance and competency training records in accordance with legislative and business requirements.

  • Monitor system deadlines, evaluate training program effectiveness, analyze competency trends, and provide logistical/administrative support for internal trainers.

  • Spend half of your time deep in data processing and software control, and the other half collaborating with, coaching, and assisting facility management.

  • Liaise with internal departments to define, arrange, and schedule training requirements.

  • Act as an internal assessor or verifier to continually evaluate and improve the group's training development processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Professional work background as a Training Coordinator, Learning Specialist, Teacher, Instructor, or Employee Development Specialist (ideal backgrounds lean toward education/training rather than traditional corporate HR).

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the absolute ability to perform VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

  • Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software controls is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • High learning agility to quickly adapt to new technology, data processing systems, and changing business needs.

  • Strong team-player mentality tailored for a small, close-knit niche support team.

  • Stable tenure in previous work history (candidates with a history of job-hopping will not be considered).

  • Ability to travel domestically (CA, TX, LA) based on business demand.

  • Willingness to complete a two-round interview process, including a virtual first round where you must deliver a 10-minute presentation on a relevant professional topic of your choice.
