The most impactful thing you can do for a student who achieves 99% is inform them they fell short. If that statement makes you uncomfortable, this role isn’t for you. If it resonates, continue reading.

Alpha students complete their academic learning in two hours daily through AI‑powered, self‑directed applications. No traditional teachers. No lectures. No classroom‑based subject instruction. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely shifts student outcomes: facilitating high‑impact workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback; driving students toward complete goal attainment using live analytics; and developing the Guides who support your work.

A typical morning begins with a one‑on‑one Guide coaching session, analyzing performance metrics and pinpointing cohort gaps. By midday you’re facilitating a student workshop, executing a structured activity on feedback exchange. Afternoons pivot to motivation work: engaging individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and applying Alpha’s incentive framework to re‑engage a struggling middle schooler. You maintain your own cohort throughout, ensuring you continuously refine the competencies you’re developing in others.

You’ve likely been the outlier in educational environments: excessively metrics‑oriented, overly outcome‑focused, too willing to question conventional approaches with students. Alpha may be your first true professional fit. You’ll begin coaching Guides immediately, and as you generate measurable results, your authority over campus‑wide program standards expands.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one‑hour structured workshops on life competencies (public speaking, focus, feedback exchange) for elementary and middle school cohorts (K‑8), executing Alpha’s established playbook rather than creating original content
  • Conducting motivation interventions using student performance data and Alpha’s incentive architecture (school currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal completion across your cohort
  • Developing Guides through coaching focused on program consistency and standards adherence, with each session yielding specific performance improvements
  • Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously building capability in other Guides
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators weekly to identify declining performance early
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Providing academic lectures or subject tutoring to students. Academic content is delivered through self‑directed applications without direct adult instruction.
  • Creating original curriculum or developing lesson plans independently. Established playbooks exist; success depends on faithful execution, not creative reinvention.
  • Coaching Guides on instructional pedagogy. Guides facilitate rather than teach, so your coaching targets energy management, motivation strategies, and accountability systems.
  • Accepting 99% performance when 100% is the standard. Maintaining high expectations demonstrates your confidence in student capability.
  • Serving as the campus emotional safety net. Students receive genuine connection alongside honest assessment and meaningful consequences.
