Nontenure Faculty Pool - Department of Management
Position:
Temporary faculty to teach Management and related courses at Texas State extension campuses.
Location:
Houston College of Business, Department of Management. This pool is for potential appointments at Texas State extension campuses or online, depending on needs.
Applicants will be considered for teaching assignments of one to four courses per semester. In addition to teaching, faculty may coordinate co‑curricular activities (e.g., career fairs, employer engagement), support Texas State extension programs (program promotion), and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities• Teach one to four courses per semester on a semester‑by‑semester basis.
• Coordinate co‑curricular activities such as career fairs and employer engagement events.
• Provide support for Texas State extension programs, including program promotion.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the department.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field.
- Previous teaching experience.
