The Service (People for Others), Community and Inclusion Coordinator is a leadership role designed for a strategic thinker and deft facilitator. The coordinator partners in executing the institutional vision, ensuring that building community through inclusion, belonging, and service is a lived reality for every student.
Responsibilities- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment across all divisions—Primary, Lower, Middle, and Upper.
- Develop, implement, and manage programs and initiatives that promote community and inclusion among students, staff, and the broader community.
- Oversee service opportunities for students and faculty/staff, reinforcing the institution’s “people for others” ethos.
- Lead efforts to assess community needs and build partnerships that enable students to engage beyond campus.
- Facilitate educational opportunities and outreach activities to create a supportive atmosphere where all individuals feel valued and empowered.
- Embed inclusive practices in all aspects of the educational experience, ensuring they are integrated into the school culture.
