Part-Time Faculty – Air Conditioning Technology (South)

Applications for part‑time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and are reviewed when openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part‑time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full‑time employees. Part‑time faculty are hired on an “as needed” basis and will work for the duration specified by the respective course.

A portion of the teaching assignment may be evening and possibly weekend classes. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, which may require a physical presence at the assigned on‑site work location.

• 5-7 years' full time work experience in residential and/or commercial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration technology.
• Basic computer literacy skills.

• Associate's degree or higher in related technology and 3 years full-time work experience in residential and/or commercial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration technology.

Salary Grade: AH

Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year. See Salary Schedule
