Do you light up when a room full of kids is laughing, learning, and discovering Jesus together? Cornerstone Methodist Church is looking for an energetic, faith-filled Family Ministries Director to lead the charge in shaping the faith of our youngest members — newborn through 5th grade — and their families. If you love big personalities, bigger smiles, and helping kids fall in love with Jesus, this is your dream role!

• Lead and grow our Children's Sunday School program (newborn through 5th grade) and Confirmation
• Help bring the energy to Spirit Squad, our Sunday evening hangout for 4th–5th graders
• Be the lead planner behind can't-miss events — Vacation Bible School, our Family Advent Activity, Easter Fest, and Back to School Bash
• Lead in worship by delivering dynamic Children's Sermons kids actually remember

• 20 hours per week
• $25/hour
• Built on a 48-week year, with two paid weeks off (Spring Break and the week following Christmas)

• Someone who loves Jesus and loves children — that's the big one
• No previous church employment required
• A track record volunteering in a thriving children's ministry, or experience working in public schools, is a big plus
