We are quite different than the vast majority of other investment management companies in multiple ways. First, we always invest our personal capital alongside our Investors. We have more than $650mm of our personal capital committed to our investment vehicles. We provide access to our Investors to co-invest with us in these vehicles, which we believe provide the best opportunities for our families’ and our Shareholders’ money.

Second, because of the scale of our investments, we have access to opportunities that would otherwise not be available to investors with less than $250mm - $500mm of investable assets. Quite simply, there are many investments we can provide for our Investors they could never access on their own. Third, and what we believe is the most unique feature of our Firm, almost all of our compensation is earned only if an investor makes money.

In many cases, if our Investors do not make money, we don’t get paid. This ultimate alignment of interests is why we focus on finding the absolute best risk/reward opportunities available.

The Vice President, Marketing Cloud Architect, is responsible for owning and maximizing the effectiveness of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, automations, and customer journeys. This role translates business needs into scalable, data-driven marketing programs that improve engagement, increase platform utilization, and support capital formation and investor communication objectives. This is a marketing technology specialist position with both architectural and execution responsibilities, operating within a highly regulated institutional environment requiring precision, compliance, and brand consistency.

Strategic recommendations are expected, though final ownership of system-wide decisions remains with Marketing Operations leadership.

• Design and architect scalable customer journeys, automations, and email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Develop and execute B2B and B2C campaigns utilizing Salesforce CRM integration to ensure data integrity and campaign effectiveness
• Lead audience segmentation strategy to enable precise targeting and personalization, working closely with stakeholders in Capital Formation and Investor Relations
• Monitor campaign performance and drive ongoing optimization through rigorous analysis, testing, and adherence to marketing best practices
• Maintain platform health through quality assurance, troubleshooting, and proactive system management to ensure reliability and compliance
