Technical Training Instructor

Stellantis is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to join our Training & Development team in the automotive sector. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training for dealership and internal service teams on vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. You will create engaging curricula, hands-on lab exercises, and digital learning content that support new product launches and evolving technologies, including EVs and advanced driver-assistance systems.

Collaborating with engineering and service teams, you will ensure training accuracy, measure learning outcomes, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
