Teach Plus New Mexico is seeking a Manager of Policy and Programs to lead the Policy Fellowship and educator leadership initiatives while shaping the statewide policy agenda. This role focuses on developing leaders and translating research into policy action across New Mexico.
The Manager will coach teachers, facilitate partnerships with educators and policymakers, and help ensure implementation of evidence-based solutions that improve student outcomes and mobility within the state.
