Our teachers develop children through nurturing, understanding, singing, patience, and encouraging young children to learn and grow at Kids R Kids Houston Heights. They inspire children to become lifelong learners through our nationally accredited curriculum that promotes social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development.

Currently Hiring for all age groups.

Candidates must :

Be 18 years or older

Have a clean driving record and be willing to drive a bus

Have High school diploma or equivalent

Pass a 3 point background check

Be CPR/First Aid Certified (Willing to Offer Certification)

Experience Preferred (Willing to Train the Right Candidate)

Must be comfortable changing diapers and potty training

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position (sitting on the floor, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting 20 lbs or more)

Must be able to be flexible with schedule and availability

Early childhood education or daycare experience required.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified
