The University of Houston System's Department of English is hiring temporary, part-time lecturers. Instructors may teach Freshman Composition I and II and other undergraduate courses, in formats including face-to-face, hybrid, and online.
This non-tenure track position is appointed semester to semester. A master’s or doctorate in English (or related field) with at least one year of college teaching experience is required; official transcripts will be requested upon selection.
