Job Description & How to Apply Below

When a student reaches 99% of their target, the most powerful thing you can do is refuse to accept it as complete. If that expectation feels harsh, this position isn't the right fit. If it energizes you—because you understand that maintaining high standards is how you demonstrate genuine belief in a student's potential—continue reading.

Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Through adaptive software, students complete a full day's worth of academics in roughly two hours. There are no lectures or textbooks.

Your role centers on what technology cannot replicate: developing life skills in Pre‑K through 8th grade students—skills like public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You’ll spend half your day facilitating hands‑on workshops guided by structured frameworks and narrative techniques. The remaining time involves individual or small‑group sessions where you analyze student performance in adaptive learning platforms via Coachbot analytics and drive them toward achieving 100% of their weekly objectives.

Mastery is demonstrated through Test2

Pass evaluations, not attendance or effort grades.

During your first year, you’ll manage a designated student cohort while becoming fluent in Alpha’s methodology: life skill workshops, motivational coaching, and mastery-driven assessment. Once you consistently guide every student to 100% goal completion while maintaining satisfaction ratings above 90%, advancement to Lead Guide becomes accessible—a position where you mentor fellow Guides while remaining directly engaged with students. Top performers in this role don’t merely transform individual trajectories;

they influence campus‑wide culture and operations.

If you’ve invested years coaching, counseling, or mentoring young people while wishing you could eliminate traditional instruction and concentrate exclusively on their personal development, this opportunity is designed for you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for Pre‑K through 8th grade students covering public speaking, concentration, teamwork, and constructive feedback (interactive and project‑oriented)
  • Conducting daily individual and small‑group coaching sessions to review student performance in adaptive learning platforms (utilizing Coachbot analytics), establish objectives, and drive completion of 100% of weekly targets
  • Overseeing and assessing Test2

Pass evaluations to verify genuine mastery of life skills, not merely participation
  • Adjusting your coaching approach across diverse age groups, from Pre‑K learners requiring kinetic engagement to 8th graders needing direct communication and accountability
  • Cultivating authentic connections with individual students so they trust your guidance through challenges, distractions, and uncertainty
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Delivering lectures or conventional academic content (core subjects are learned through adaptive applications, not direct instruction from you)
  • Creating original lesson plans or curriculum materials (Alpha supplies life skills frameworks; your responsibility is executing them with enthusiasm and narrative skill)
  • Handling parent communications or administrative duties (Campus Leads manage those functions; you concentrate on student development)
  • Evaluating assignments or preparing students for standardized tests (those elements don't exist in this model)
  • Operating independently (you're integrated into a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who exchange feedback and maintain mutual accountability)
