What You’ll Need:- Valid Special Education teaching certification for assignment state(s)
- Experience or training in developing and implementing IEPs
- Ability to adapt instructional techniques to varied student needs
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Develop, modify, and deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support personnel, and families
- Monitor progress and document student growth
